    Drugs and Prescribing

    Price £5.99+vat

    This bundle contains a comprehensive drugs and prescribing policy (there are 2 versions – one for England, Wales and Northern Ireland and one for Scotland). Template logs have also been included to enable you to record essential information with respect to drugs prescribed as well as details required for controlled drugs. There is also a private prescription template which you can personalise and start using straight away, ensuring that you do not miss any important details in order to comply with prescribing regulations and guidance.

    Mental Health Awareness and Stress Management

    This bundle includes essential documents that will support you with meeting legal obligations in recognising mental health issues and stress within the workplace. An Employer needs to be able to demonstrate that all risks to staff have been risk assessed, identified and that adequate control measures are implemented to support staff with their mental health and wellbeing.     Gaining informed consent is an essential part of the treatment process and is repeatedly referred to within the GDC Standards for the Dental Team (2013). The consent policy within this bundle in association with the templates for the most common dental procedures are valuable tools to assist you during the consenting process. However, it should be noted that obtaining informed and valid consent is an ongoing and iterative process which must be personalised to each individual patient, so please use these documents as an adjunct to the process.

    More and more patients are requesting aesthetic procedures such as tooth whitening, smile design or non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin. These templates and consent forms can complement the information that you give to patients when consulting with them before they embark on potentially expensive treatments.

    Building Management

    This bundle includes essential documents that will support you with meeting legal obligations required under Health and Safety legislation and the Equality Act as well as specific Healthcare Regulation and guidance. As a provider of healthcare services, the Responsible Person needs to demonstrate that the building and its facilities are suitable to accommodate all service users, that the building is safe, secure and that business interruption plans are available to cover all potential risks that could affect service provision.  The bundle includes a total of 10 templates relating to security, access, asbestos and disaster recovery.

    COSHH

    This bundle includes essential documents that will support you with meeting legal obligations required under COSHH Regulation. In order to comply with COSHH Regulation and associated standards and guidance, thorough risk assessment needs to be completed and the findings shared along with adequate control measures. All staff need to have received relevant information, instruction, training and supervision to enable work to be undertaken safely.
