Developed for sinus lift by the crestal approach, the Intralift™ Kit makes it possible to undertake non invasive surgery in full safety.

The diamond-coated tips, of increasing diameters (from 1.35mm to 2.80mm), are designed to drill and gradually widen the access canal to the sinus membrane. The sterile spray cools the tips down to avoid any rise in temperature, which could lead to tissue damage.

The membrane elevation is achieved using the TKW5 by means of microcavitation. Thanks to the ultrasonic frequency modulation, the risk of membrane damage is limited. Moreover, the cavitation effect enables excellent visibility of the operating field.

Tips:-

• TKW1: Conical diamond-coated tip for pilot drilling the highly dense cortical bone. Drill the upper maxilla from the crest to the sinus floor
• TKW2: Cylindrical diamond-coated tip for drilling and fracturing the sinus floor
• TKW3: Cylindrical diamond-coated tip dedicated to drill and widen the access canal to the membrane
• TKW4: Cylindrical diamond-coated tip dedicated to drill and widen the access canal to the membrane
• TKW5: Non-cutting tip for sinus membrane elevation. Never place the vibrating tip in direct contact with the membrane
• TKW6: Non cutting tip for sinus membrane elevation recommended for combined techniques (manual / rotating and ultrasonic elevation) but also used as safety tip when trepanation is bigger than 3mm. Never place the TKW6 vibrating tip in direct contact with the membrane (Note TKW6 tip is not supplied within the kit)
